I am seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with EXCELLENT (spoken and written) ENGLISH who is eager to succeed in a Genera Virtual Assistant position.

This position will begin as PART-TIME, requiring 4 hours per day, 5-6 days a week and will transition to FULL-TIME position.

Monday through Saturday, you must be available for the nighttime shift between 11pm- 7am CST ( which is nighttime for Philippines (USA Central Time is the time zone that we are in.)

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Taking down notes during meetings

-Monitoring and tracking attendance

-Organizing files online

-Posting announcements within the team

-Monitor and track data on sheets

-Post job ads for vacant positions

-Assist with the live events online

-Prepare and plan for online company meetings/activities

-Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

-Tech Savvy

-Proficient in speaking and writing in english

-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant

-Familiarity with current technologies

-Experience with using Google Workspace Apps, Zoom, Canva

-A plus if you know how to use Clickfunnels, Zappier, twilio, GoHighlevel

-Excellent Time Management Skills

-Solid Organizational Skills

Work anywhere in the world as long as you have a strong internet connection, fast working laptop, willing to work in US Central Time.

Position will start as a Part Time but willpotentially be transitioned to a full time position.

Part Time Rate: $300-$400 depending on experience
