The Position
IRM is looking for an experienced E-learning Specialist working from home in the Philippines. The person hired will be responsible for developing new e-learning courses and maintaining existing
The position is strictly a full-time job.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design and develop the appropriate training interventions that will meet the learning and development needs of staff, clients, and partners
Onboarding and on-going training of new and existing staff.
Continue existing efforts in the learning and development activities of the company
Elearning
Work with various subject matter experts to create the required training programs.
Employ sound instructional design principles in building training programs
Create interactive and engaging SCORM e-learning courses using Articulate 360 to be uploaded to the online IRM Academy
Create multimedia elements to support content like images, audio, video, animation, and others using the Adobe Suite or similar software
Develop instructor guides, learner guides, storyboards, presentations, and graphics for course catalogs and course information sheets
Learning Management System (LMS)
Become proficient in using Talent LMS,
Assume the role of LMS Super Administrator
Deploy e-learning courses on the online IRM Academy
Update and maintain the content of the online IRM Academy,
Perform platform, user, course, and report management functions regularly
Help Centre/CMS
Regularly update the Help Centre web pages with information consistent with the latest HQi and IRM Newsroom software versions.
Redesign the Help Centre to improve user interface, user experience, and learning journey
Qualifications and Experience
College graduate with any degree in multimedia arts, fine arts, education, or a related field in training development
Minimum four years of work experience as an e-learning developer
Minimum two years of solid experience using e-learning course scorm-based software (e.g. Articulate360)
Proficient knowledge and experience in using content management systems (CMS)
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient project management skills
Proficient time management skills
Proficient written and oral communication skills
