Project Manager

We are a successful media company established in Australia with an international presence in the e-commerce industry. Our team is distributed across North America, Australia, China, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

We are looking for a long-term, full-time project manager. You must have at least five (5) years’ worth of experience working as a Project Manager or in a role that is comparable. You need to be a very organised person, a self-starter and proactive.

We want you to be able to work on your own as well as collaborate well with teams. You will work with minimal to no supervision at all so it’s important to be able to manage tasks on your own. You should be communicative, dependable, reliable and accountable.

Job Description:

We are looking for a project manager with experience that works with a small team in affiliate marketing or advertising. The ideal applicant will be capable of handling work independently to keep projects moving along, as well as have management expertise to supervise other tea ---------- mbers and keep everyone on task.

- Lead the team and take over operations so that the CEO can focus on making connections, driving traffic, and making sales.

- Excellent use of automated rules for ad optimization and bidding.
- Communicate strategy and campaign recommendations
- Recognising and researching advertising trends, problems, and opportunities
- Thrive in a high-workload, fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
- Ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives by creating executable business strategies and plans in collaboration with the CEO and functional leaders.
- Create periodic reports on all important topics for the CEO.

Job Requirement:

- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- 5 years of experience as a website project manager.
- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- 3-5 years of development experience with WordPress and Shopify websites
- 3-5 years of management experience is required.
- The ability to manage 4-8 projects concurrently
- Understanding of current website design and development trends
- Proven methods for increasing lead generation
- You must reside in the Philippines
- You have a conducive working environment
- You own a computer/laptop and have a reliable internet connection
- FULL-TIME Contract: Philippine Office Hours, M-F (8hrs/day) 9AM - 6PM
- PART-TIME Contract: Philippine Office Hours, M-F (4-6hrs/day) anytime within 9AM - 6PM
- Monthly Salary of PHP 45,000 - PHP 65,000, the starting salary for this position is determined based on your experience and may vary
- Salary is paid through Paypal, Wise, or Payoneer
