JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! We are in need of a Graphic and Video editor to help us with our social media presence. We are small real estate company and although already have a pretty solid online presence we are looking to grow it. We already have a digital marketing strategy and a local videographer. However, we need help executing on some of the tasks so we can produce more content and get more projects done.

We are looking for someone that can help with the following tasks:
1. Use Facebook and Google ads manager to post our new homes for sale. (we have the ad format and strategy, your job would be to grab the ad elements and post them as an ad in the two platforms)

2. Edit videos as needed. We have informational type videos for our future clients, transactional explainer emails as well as property tours, and local community videos.

3. We periodically have graphic pieces that are needed for guides / PDFs etc that we want to use for marketing. We create these in Canva.

4. Take snippets from our videos and post video clips and or quotes from us as blurbs in social media.

5. Post infographics type stuff which would come from home sales data and from a subscription service we pay for. (some infographics are already ready to be posted, some you would design)

6. Post pictures and blog excerps to google my businesses.
Post to our blog. (i dont need you to write the blog article, rather I need you to post it up, add the pictures, embed the video etc).

7. I plan on creating a video a week for youtube which you can help edit / post etc.

8. Once we working well together and have Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info working well, we will add pushing the content to other platforms like LInkedin and Pintrest.


If we have down time, we may have you help with a few other real estate admin type projects such as setting up our new listings which include things such as uploading the pictures to our site and the MLS, to ordering a yard sign, to ordering flyers, etc. Or other related items like reserachign or organizing for the weekly videos.

We are looking for a full time position of 40 hours a week. This would be 9am - 5pm est. M-F.

Please let us know what experience you have with graphic / video editing and if you have any social media management experience. If you have experience with FB/Google ads, please explain. Lastly, not required but if you have experience working with real estate agents please let us know. Please provide a copy of your resume as well as examples of your video and graphics work. (portfolio).

We will use the EZ pay with Payoneer for payments on a weekly basis.
