Expert Website Developer - Hardcore PHP scripting/e-commerce website

Preferably from the Philippines unless English is immaculate.

A RELIABLE EXPERT needed for an e-commerce business based in the US. This is a permanent, salaried full-time position with benefits.

Full-time website developer/PHP/JS/Ajax/CSS hardcore scripting

Requirements:
1. MUST BE INDIVIDUAL, NOT AGENCY/COMPANY
2. Must be able to FULLY develop e-commerce website from scratch; front-end and back-end by themselves (shopping cart, database, scripting, payment gateway, etc.). This part will be tested initially.
3. Must be able to do custom, hardcore scripting in PHP
4. Must know how to custom code for shopping carts like Magento, OScommerce
5. Must be knowledgeable about Amazon XML or connecting feeds from marketplaces
6. Must know how to use Excel and the basic formulas required. An expert would be preferable.
7. High-speed and stable internet connection
8. Minimal brownout situation
9. Can work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, PST
10. Must be excellent in written and spoken English (US accent). Punctuation, capitalization, grammar, spacing, formatting, etc. are all important to us.
11. Must not currently have a full-time job or other job obligations
12. Must have great communication skills
13. Must be sharp
14. We use Hubstaff for time tracking (and screenshots taken every 2 minutes). Must be able to reach above 70% activity every day and week, otherwise it can be a means for us to dismiss an employee.
15. MUST BE EXTREMELY RELIABLE. Should be able to show up every day on time without incidents (maximum of one incident per month).
16. Must be willing to work with us long-term to help grow the business as well as their career. Not interested in someone looking to "try out" or thinking of staying just for a few months as a lot of effort is put into training and setting up.
17. We prefer someone who knows Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, although it's not really a requirement. Include the word "Tiger" in your cover letter as a proof that you have read the whole job description.

Responsibilities:
1. Independently develop a full e-commerce website (will ask for proven experience)
2. All website changes, front-end and back-end (solo)
3. SEO
4. Custom scripting (will test)
5. Set up Google and Bing Analytics and Conversions
7. Develop a full CUSTOM CODED e-commerce website from scratch, front-end and back-end, single-handedly. Must have done this in the past independently as there will be no one else to guide you (no team). We are not looking for beginners or intermediate people to run some trial and errors. Skills must be proven.

Compensation:
1. Salary $600-$850 per 28 days, depending on experience and skills
2. 6 paid vacation days per year
3. 5 sick days per year
4. Bonuses of 1-3 times per year depending on performance
