Loan Sales Specialist

We have an opening for a position in one of our core departments: Loan Sales Specialist

Your primarily duties include:

• Deliver results related to individual and team sales goals as well as customer expectations
• Interviews members and loan applicants by asking relevant and meaningful questions, uncovering their needs, making appropriate product and service recommendations, and developing customized follow-up plan with the member as appropriate.
• Develop new relationship – and maintain existing relationships – working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle
• Present financial solutions, based on customer needs, that meet their goals
• Educate customers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding
• Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools

Desired skills and Experiences:

1. 3+ years of MORTGAGE and LOAN ---------- SENTIAL. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE THIS
2. 3+ years of Sales or Customer Service ---------- SENTIAL. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE THIS
3. Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data
4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
5. Applicants must be amenable to work on CAD shifts and PH holidays.
6. Amenable to work on night shift
