Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager will manage enterprise-level programs and/or multiple projects within the NCXT portfolio. Primary responsibilities include guiding process development at a team level and developing a consolidated view of the project and for project deliverables, including calendars, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination and regular communication of status.

They will work during the NCXT company hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. The job will be a full-time role working 40 hours a week and looking for someone to start as soon as Upgrade to see actual infosential Functions

- Break down the Scope of Work (SOW) into project tasks and timelines on Upgrade to see actual info
- Develop and maintain project schedules, goals, and communications within NCXT and our partners (clients)
- Ensure healthy functioning of projects by promoting transparent and accurate reporting in Upgrade to see actual info and during regular check-ins
- Guarantee that a thorough implementation plan is in place for every project production installation, monitors adherence to the established plan, and keeps an eye out for issues once the project has been implemented
- Identify and implement areas of opportunity for improvement and automation in the project management process
- Review and track project budget
- Conduct project meetings
- Create status reports for partners
- Take the meeting minutes of the project meeting
- Manage team of project managers; providing guidance and support to ensure the success of projects

Requirements

Required Skills and Experiences
- 5 years of Project Manager and 2 years of Senior Project Manager experience.
- Expert in using Upgrade to see actual info that can design implemented automated workflows and integrations.
- Executive Communication exhibits command, accountability, and simplification of complex details.
- Expert in setting up Objective and Key Results (OKR) Measurement for the team.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across multiple business organizations
- Experienced with: Miro, Project Budgeting, Google Suite, Slack, Working Remotely, Organizational Change Management, Adobe Acrobat, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Possesses a foundation and actively growing in the following areas: Design Thinking and Customer Experience

Benefits
This is a full-time, remote position, paying an annual salary of $96,000.00 USD (globally-adjusted).
