This is a full time role for a mechanical minded person who will be responsible for providing support to our sales team & processing orders for customers throughout New Zealand. This position must provide the highest level of communication & service to our existing and new clients, with a focus on phone &
Hours of work would be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm New Zealand Time.
Tasks will include:
> Responding to customer
> Answering inbound customer phone calls
> Customer quotes
> Following up customer quotes and leads
> Telemarketing
> Telesales
> Processing customer orders
Attributes of the successful applicant will include;
> Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
> Reliable internet access with speed higher than 25mbps
> Completed the IQ and DISC tests on
> Competent with computers, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel and CRM and ERP systems.
> Having a technical aptitude
> Being a team player with a positive can do attitude
> Be dedicated, reliable, keen to learn & improve
> Work to tight deadlines & under pressure at times
> Energetic & willing to go the extra mile
> Well presented
> Have a strong customer service mindset & passion for serving others
> Great eye for detail, tidiness & strives for perfection
> Experience in dealing in machinery parts would be an advantage
> Must be located in Manila or within an hour drive from Manila
