The Role:

AJTickets's Dev team is seeking a software quality assurance looking for an opportunity to become the newest member of one of our fast-paced Agile development teams. The right candidate must be passionate about learning, collaborating, and testing software that contributes to the sustainable growth of our rapidly expanding business.

The Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable technical field.
· Experience with Test Automation - Cucumber, Selenium
· Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
· Proven work experience in software quality assurance
· Proven work experience in software development
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
· Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

The Responsibilities:
Participate in:
· Team scrum rituals
· Design sessions
· New feature inceptions
· Deliver quality software through rigorous manual and automated testing
· Research and analyze product features being tested
· Understand team and system key performance indicators
· Create well-structured test plans and test cases
· Design, develop and execute automated scripts
· Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
· Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
· Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
· Track quality assurance metrics
· Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
· Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
· Understand team and system key performance indicators
· Support processes to continuously improve performance
· Seek opportunities to grow technical knowledge and skill
· Ask clarifying questions and check for understanding
· Support team decisions
· Hold yourself accountable for agreements and commitments
