Microsoft Excel Expert & Help Desk (FreshDesk) Skills

Need someone familiar with help desks (preferably FreshDesk) to handle customer tickets involving MAINLY excel as well as some general customer service. Excel spreadsheets currently include two main types: 1.) "flat files" used to upload product listings to Amazon.com & 2.) basic excel spreadsheets that allow our business partners to manage their product sales each two weeks so they can makes reimbursements to us for the products they've sold to their own customers. We are a growing company and may require some flexibility in job details and so your willingness to accommodate our growing/changing needs is appreciated, as there may be additional tasks you can help with.
