The Opportunity:

The mission of Splash N Color’s Amazon Image Editor / Photoshop Creative Expert is to perform stunning photo manipulation for product launches on the Amazon marketplace, working together with a high performance team. The person in this position is an expert at creating lifestyle & informational images from already existing images. Working together in helping us launch products with stunning product images will be the core focus, allowing Splash N Color to rapidly grow into new markets. You will play an integral role in the team by being a key member in helping us reach our weekly targets in order for the team to hit their performance bonus numbers.

This role requires an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to your ---------- eting targets and delivering on promises is a non-negotiable for you.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We value flexibility and freedom.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent cropping, retouching, resizing, color correction
- On-white main product listing image selection & enhanced for highest click-through-rate
- Clearly communicated product dimensions + specifications for buyer certainty
- Collaboration + communication with Team Lead & Product Listing Specialist, ensuring team alignment
-Adherence to style guide and branding, focusing on product target market

Qualifications & Skills:

- Product retouching, Digital composition + photo manipulation
- Clearly communicated product dimensions + specifications for buyer certainty
- Photography knowledge + color accuracy
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently and with strong attention to detail, organization + time management
- Adherence to style guide and branding, focusing on product target market
- Technology, resourcing, and research using AI a plus
