Salesforce Administrator / Custom Developer Needed

Our company is looking for a full time Salesforce Admin and Developer. We are building out a new org, and need a Certified Salesforce Admin (advanced admin or developer II preferred). We are constantly tweaking and changing our reports, fields, etc and could use someone on staff to help us get everything going.

We have needs beyond just basic configuration. We want to install apps from a few of the SAAS that we use. We also want to develop a custom marketing campaign that will use ringless voicemail, email and SMS to drip on our customers.

I don't think development and admin will ever end. So we will want a full time employee to help us. Plus, we need an admin to handle the day to day stuff.
