The executive assistant is someone experienced in correspondence, keeping records, and making appointments. He/She is the driving force behind every key project or program our organization seeks to accomplish. He/She is passionate about lists and planning, Building and leading a team of people perceived as the perfect combination for a particular purpose, Problem-solving, money management, performance evaluation, and data-driven decisions.
We are looking for someone who has a background in either a marketing agency or in a creative setting where they would have provided operational support to increase process efficiency and remove roadblocks that may prevent fast and effective delivery of priority initiatives. This is a hands-on role that will require you to act as a project manager, operations specialist, and/or a business analyst depending on need, and as an effective communicator at all times!
Things you’ll work on:
You will be working mainly on one of our Shopify Stores.
Collaborate with different teams, as well as supporting teams to plan and execute different initiatives, and to ensure that teams are set up for success.
Identify the best approaches to unlock operational bottlenecks whether it be through better triage, requirements gathering, more robust project management approaches, and/or better communication – and then execute against those findings!
Deploy the right mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of any process improvements you make, and drive adoption of those changes via effective communications, feedback seeking, and consensus building.
Requirements
Native-level English fluency
Strong business analysis and project planning and management skills and an eye for detail, ideally gained by working in an agency or an in-house creative and Web marketing setting for a minimum of 2 years.
Experience in initiation, planning, executing, Monitoring, and successfully launching a Shopify store.
Experience utilizing a project management system, Asana,
Proficiency with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Excel.
Process-driven and highly organized.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.
Work collaboratively with the Owner and external bookkeepers on finance admin tasks.
Familiarity with the marketing creative process, from request to triage to execution (creative into development), and delivery.
Must have extremely high attention to details
Proven track record of revenue-increasing performance
