Email Agency - Looking for a Great Graphic Designer!

E/X is a small and growing agency specializing in email and SMS marketing for ecommerce brands.

I started E/X a little over three years ago from my condo with $0. I hustled and worked for free until I got my first client, and since then the growth has been ---------- w, a team of 42, we create and manage world-class email and SMS programs for some of the fastest-growing ecommerce brands.

We keep growing and need more help!

We’re looking for another talented GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join our rapidly growing team.

What you'll do:

Design - Designing emails for e-commerce stores.

We want you to help us design better looking emails.

You should be a great with using photoshop and have an eye for layouts and typography.

I'm looking for someone who is:

- a photoshop wizard
- has an eye for layout and design
- Reliable
- A-level player
- works well with others
- can work fast
- good work ethic.

Daily communication with the team - we use slack/Notion.

Work closely with our internal team to turn client vision into deliverables.

You'll get a general direction, the photos/assets along with the copy for the email, then you get to design.

If you have any experience designing ecommerce emails that is a big plus - please include links or attach any relevant samples.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Integrity: honest with yourself and other people, you don't just say what people want to hear, but tell the truth in all areas of your life.

• Confident and humble: Cares more about improving than looking good, have a growth mindset.

• Give 110%: Self-starter, takes ownership, gets stuff done, not afraid to get into the weeds and figure things out.

• Experience with design. (design samples of past work required)

• Experience with ecommerce, experience with email for ecommerce is even better.

• Great time and project management skills; deadline-oriented with experience getting projects done quickly, with very high quality standards.

• You must have great attention to detail and amazing communication skills.

• You must have experience working in a remote team.
