Podcast and Youtube Producer Australian Based Company

Are you a committed, driven, and reliable podcast/video editor who wants to work with a top 100 ranked podcast in Australia?

I need a podcast and youtube superstar who is experienced and reliable in providing consistent high-quality podcast and youtube video content, (edit, manage and post-produce (audio/visual) )for my successful healthcare podcast/brand in Australia.

I am looking for an ALL-rounder - I am open to working with two separate individuals one for podcast and one for video editing if required. All rounder applicants are preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Editing, Managing and Post Producing (Audio/Visual content) for the High Performance Nursing Podcast in Australia.

TASKS INCLUDE:
- Editing 4- 8 podcasts per month including solo/interview episodes varying from 10 mins to 1 hour.
- Creating high-quality and engaging modern video clips from each episode.
- Adding Pre/Mid/Post Roll ads and content in editing production.
- Writing excellent Podcast Show notes transcription and writing with links.
- Posting Podcasts onto the Squarespace website.
- Uploading content to Later/YT and other social media platforms.
- Managing podcast workflow through pre/post-production using click up.
- Attention to detail for listening to cut audio - removing all non important words.
- Creative mind in finding the key Upgrade to see actual infont sin the content creation process for pre roll, video clips and social Upgrade to see actual infodia engagement.


Youtube
- Creation of Weekly Youtube Videos for our community.
- Excellent and creative video editing skills (If you have basic skills don't apply)
- Ability to create short form content from clips.
- Thumbnail creation
- Keywords and show notes creation.
- Opening Youtube video creation.

Short Form Video Content
- Provide creative hormozi style reel editing for short form content each month.
- 20 -30 short clips for posting on socials.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Commitment to reliable work and proven record of achieving deadlines.
- Able to keep up with the output required, ensuring output is HIGH QUALITY.
- Attention to detail is required, we have a low tolerance for mediocre work.
- Evidence of podcast editing, production, and management experience.
- Must be creative and innovative in your approach.
- Video editing software experience - including "hormozi" style graphics/content.
- Fast technology and fast internet speed, a hunger to learn and grow with the business, ready for coaching and training.
- Willingness and capability to work 15-20 hours per week.
- Open to learning and being part of a team
- Positive can do attitude.
- Someone who is honest and a fast worker, not going to be late with deadlines/timeframes.
- Creative person who has ideas and isn't limited by their skillset/mindset.
- Ideally has an idea of healthcare/nursing in particular for capturing and identifying the BEST Upgrade to see actual infonts of the podcast/videos.

I cannot stress how much - attention to detail, reliability, and your being a self-starter is what I am looking for. DO NOT APPLY if you don't have these qualities.

Excellent written English is key and the ability to understand accents (I am Scottish).
