About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the overall supply chain operations for the Company, from demand planning, inventory management, placing the orders, negotiating the prices, seeking ocean freight quotation, importing, exporting, payment of suppliers, to ensuring efficient and effective demand planning and management, including operations planning and purchasing Upgrade to see actual info addition, this role will be accountable for developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors, suppliers and distributors.
This is a remote position - you will be working from home. We are looking for someone who can work in a flexible growth environment whilst overseeing the overall supply chain operations for the Company.

Key accountabilities:
• Develop and deliver the Company’s overall supply chain strategy.
• Manage Company licences to ensure all ODC, State and TGA licences and Permits are renewed and valid to maintain operations.
• Continuous improvement of logistics, delivery systems and processes involved in
• dispatching products to customers.
• Analysing the market, stock levels, new technology, suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Preparing and negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels and to meet quality and budget requirements.
• Overseeing procurement administration, such as the recording of purchases, storage, distribution transactions and contract execution.
• Optimise inventory control procedures.
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Manage relationships and Service Level Agreements with third party vendors and suppliers.
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
• Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.

About You
• Demonstrated experience in managing logistics in all aspects of supply chain, from suppliers sourcing to the shipment of products. This will be both existing and new business opportunities.
• Qualification in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Collegue degree
• Previous 3-5 years work experience in international trade and understanding of the end-to-end process involved.
• Must be a solution focused, problem solver with a pragmatic approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data driven decisions.
• Ability to work across functional teams to work towards a common goal.
• Thinks through a commercial lens and understand the commercial impact of online discussion.
