(Base Salary + Commission) Experienced Telemarketer for Ongoing Solar Sales Campaign

We are a small solar panel installer focused on lead generation through multichannel communication with homeowners in North America. You will be cold calling individuals that may or may not have received an email from us. Many callers will be hostile, but some will be receptive to more information. Your job will be to briefly describe what we do, gauge interest level, and schedule them for a follow up 15 minute appointment with the sales team. The first 2 weeks will be commission only with a $50 USD bonus for every appointment you set that shows up. If you do well and are selected to continue with the team you will receive $2 USD per hour base salary along with a $75 USD bonus per set appointment that shows up. We offer generous bonus incentives for exceeding quotas and additional hours based on performance.
