JOB OVERVIEW

Onboard new trial customers: All our products have free trials and customers usually have a few questions or need help getting started
Get on screen shares to troubleshoot
Answer support tickets: Most customer questions come during onboarding but we do get a handful of cases from existing customers.
Get on screen shares to troubleshoot
Write user guides: As we release new features or new products, write guides (with the help of QA) to help customers.
Basic customer success: reach out to existing customers we have not heard from in awhile to make sure everything is okay.
Manage CRM (HubSpot)


Hours 8:30 - 5:30 EST

Skills
Great spoken English
Great written English
Has been a support rep team lead or manager before for at software company
Basic troubleshooting, tech support, reset passwords things like that
