Project Manager for Marketing Agency

This role is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from ideation through to completion. We require interaction with a range of internal and external members, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Role Responsibilities:

-Ensure the on-time delivery of website/digital marketing projects in PM’s care
-Manage the end-to-end process of the project - from administrative aspects, content, design, and development.
-Manage the priorities of internal developers, designers, and content writers based on client needs and deadlines
-Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, or video chat on behalf of our team to gather requirements, explain our process, schedule timelines, and for general coordination/updates
-Give regular updates to leadership
-Maintain highly organized records of projects
-Work within the company’s project management system ( ---------- ) to track task progress
-Attend discovery calls or introductory meetings with the CEO and client
-Create and update process documentation when needed
-Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on an approved budget
-Quality Assurance - reviewing copywriting, creative web design/development, and other marketing implementation initiatives
-Troubleshoot/ triage website issues and webmaster requests and help identify appropriate solutions to the issue
-Weekly Tea ---------- eting/Project management meeting to discuss the status of projects, update from tea ---------- mbers, and any important project-related concerns
-Managing and leading tea ---------- mbers - writers, designers, and developers

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management particularly on website building/development and digital/marketing projects
-Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, requests, and deadlines
-Has strong technical, project management, and organizational skills
-Has experience managing multiple projects at the same time
-High attention to detail
-Have a strong understanding of project management techniques
-Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
-Proven leadership abilities as a people manager, guiding tea ---------- mbers on tasks
-Comfortable working in US EST time zone
-Can exclusively work full-time with us
-Good eye for design
-Technical requirements: a computer with a reliable internet connection. Backup internet/power is a plus.

Plus (not required)

-Good understanding of Project Management concepts and methodologies (eg: Agile, Scrum…)
-Knowledgeable about Project Management tools particularly ----------
-Good background in wordpress and digital marketing strategies
