Local SEO Specialist

IBEX Roof is looking for a motivated Local SEO Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.

The Local SEO Specialist will be responsible for keeping our website optimized with on-page SEO fundamentals. You will also be involved in doing other SEO activities such as developing a content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven SEO experience both in on-page and off-page strategies.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs)
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Local SEO
- Proficient with the SEO tools like BrightLocal, Ahrefs, GBP/GMB
- Can work in PST hours
- Experience in technical SEO, HTML, CSS, and JS is not a requirement but a huge PLUS

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing our company website’s on-page and off-page SEO activities
- Perform ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis
- Assist in developing a solid content marketing strategy
- Perform ongoing site audits and identify issues that need to be fixed
- Suggest effective link-building campaigns to execute
- Provide weekly or monthly SEO updates for the digital marketing team.
