JOB OVERVIEW

What we're looking for:

This position is open for newbies in the freelancing industry. However, we prefer those who have experience with call, email & chat support since tasks would mostly involve customer service and order fulfillment. Good attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility with timings and tasks and a very good team player. We are a small team with an awesome boss and we would love to have you onboard!

Responsibilities
- Answer emails, phone calls and Facebook messages and comments via Live Agent. Training will be provided but knowledge in using LiveAgent is definitely an advantage.
- Process refunds, changes, replacements and cancellation of orders.
- Order fulfillment

Qualifications
- Quiet workstation, good and a fast working laptop or desktop I3 and above, 5mbps and above internet connection, noise cancellation headset
- Smart, with good attention to details, can work under pressure, with good analyzation and communication skills
- Team player and is very open to learning new skills
- Experience in e-commerce and call center is an advantage but not a requirement
