Job Title: Online Universal Remote Specialist - Entry Level I - Supervisor

Opportunity: Part-Time Salaried Employment Salary Contract

Salary: $4.98 USD/Hour or $598 USD/Monthly for 30hrs a week

Schedule: M-F 08:30 am-02:30 pm PST (United States Pacific Standard Time)

Required: Minimum 1-year experience in managing and leading a minimum 5-person team, with the ability to manage a growing team.

Objective: Support BRAGGS GROUP primarily through the role of supervision, leadership, and management as an apparel eCommerce store specialist (Shopify) in both leadership and supervisory management assistance, involving, but not limited to, Administrative Support, Online Store Supervisor, Marketing Supervisor, Product Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and other assigned tasks, duties or personnel directed and related to your role as a superior online universal remote team leader.


We are looking for a long-term, part-time teaUpgrade to see actual infomber to join our family as a remote worker with a great understanding of Product Listing, Order Processing, Customer Satisfaction, Email Marketing, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Conversion Rate Optimization, Leadership, and Management is necessary to take and distribute tasks effectively. 1 year of either management or assistant management experience is required for this position, and the need to be able to learn, execute and adapt to the needs of the business and economic climate.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Personal Administrative Assistance. Appointment and Calendar Management & Scheduling, Email Management, etc.
2. Customer Support. Resolving customer queries via chat, email, or phone -- recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
3. Social Media Management. Marketing, Engagement, Development, etc.
4. Writing Upgrade to see actual infoerface with social media channels, ensuring engagement accuracy, and membership needs are resolved.
6. Distribute tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
7. Market and Competitor Analysis.
8. Product Listing. Write engaging and detailed product descriptions.
5. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
6. Develop content in the planning, implementing, and overseeing of all marketing and advertising campaigns.
7. Provide online prospective customers and membership support via email and chat Upgrade to see actual infoanize incoming email and spam removal. Respond to email. Forward emails to respective departments.
8. Growing and developing the in-house team.
9. Providing mentoring and coaching support to the operational team.
9. Creating a network.
11. Other assigned administrative tasks and duties that warrant the necessity of the business mission.
