Our proprietary platforms ( ---------- and ---------- ) create individually personalized printed postcards and handwritten cards utilizing our robotic technology. Our customers are primarily ecommerce stores and B2B and B2C salespeople (insurance agents, real estate agents, financial advisors, nonprofit administrators, automotive sales, and more) using our platform to increase customer retention, loyalty, and profits in ways email and online ads can't touch.

The position

You'll be responsible for providing support to our customers, including answering product questions, coordinating custom designs with our design team, building out audience segments, and following up on campaign results, and providing recommendations.

Hours
