Podcast editing and show notes

We do a 20 - 30 minute weekly podcast. I'd like:

- Podcast edited (removed uhms and ahs, sound quality cleaned up, converted to mp3...)
- Intro and outro added to each episode
- Time stamp each episode when the topic changes
- Summarize the episode
- Create a unique image that conveys the episode's premise
- Optionally, transcribe the episode (for additional cost)

The requirements are:

- High speed internet connection (files can be large)
- Computer with high quality audio hardware
- Fluent in english
- Easily reachable
- In your application, please include "TWOM" (applications without it will be ignored)
