We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to help people all around the world! Australian Immigration Specialists provide advice and handle visa applications based on updated Australian Immigration regulations. We love assisting people from all around the world to obtain temporary and permanent residency visas to live and work in Australia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven and committed person to join our small, friendly team to provide administrative and legal research support for visa application preparation and lodgement.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Document reviews
• Preparation of visa applications
• Client email correspondence
• Legal research related to immigration regulations
• Monitor regulations and policy updates
• Other Admin duties as required

Skills and Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service focus, professionalism
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
• Strong attention to detail, super organised, strong time management skills
• Initiative and innovative ideas to suggest ways to improve processes and analyse and resolve issues
• Strong computer literacy skills, familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel and strong typing speed
• Must have a genuine and strong interest working on client visa application cases including legal research aspects
• At least a few years of work experience in a related field is preferable

Work conditions include:
• Work hours 9.00am - 5.30pm Sydney time
• Monday to Friday
• Work location: Online from the Philippines
• Initial salary 20,000 PHP
• Training will be provided
