• To promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
• Know all the information on products and provide a full explanation of them.
• To provide regular reports on competition in the market in terms of prices, offers and new products and follow all
contingencies of a new market.
• Follow-up after-sales customer and constant communication with them and to respond to complaints and submit them to
the department head.
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other tea
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of sales experience ( Preferably in FMCG Fielf)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
