We are looking for an experienced and talented Philippines home-based Client Services Manager. To be successful in this CSM role, it is essential to learn how you can help your Client Relationships Managers to be highly productive and successful. Learning the rules and undercurrents of the company, remembering your RM’s preferences as well as anticipating their needs will help you to adapt quickly and foster a stronger working relationship between the both of you.
With the current advances in technology, there are a lot of online platforms and workshops to enhance your productivity, minimise risk of errors and make your life more convenient. A great CSM will seek to proactively upgrade themselves with the necessary and most up-to-date skills. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), do not apply if you cannot work full-time.

Role Objectives
Provide high level support in order for the RM to concentrate on the business’s principal objectives and priorities.
Act as a resource to manage any client project to completion. Liaising with the client and our internal project Upgrade to see actual infon act as a gatekeeper and project manager for the RM
Manage diaries, booking travel arrangements, running online errands, arranging meetings and appointments, and sometimes communicating on behalf of the RM
Work strategically and in a proactive way with the RM – and I emphasise the point around being “very proactive”. Ideally as the relationship with the RM progresses, they would not need to be directed – they know exactly what their RM is going to need and when, and in anticipating those needs, they also develop other areas the RM is going to require so they can be even more productive and more effective.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Attend online meetings, then take notes and send out follow ups. Manage any discussion in that meeting so that the RM has no further actions other than a task assigned to them.
Write agendas for meetings
Write notes during the meeting and send out follow up email
Liaise with our support or project team to complete any client objectives from the meeting
Write notes in SugarCRM and create relevant tasks as required
Research any new client’s contact details or position descriptions in LinkedIn, and update all the relevant SugarCRM records
RM inbox management
Client invoices using Xero
Address product related questions and technical challenges for clients
Conduct a more technical product training to clients if required. Answer their specific “how to” question if the help centre is not sufficient. Then liaise with our team to produce a better self-serve solution.
Manage Events
Add bugs in Sugar to help in continually enhancing our system.

Skills and abilities

Ability to break down technical situations to communicate with non-tech savvy individuals
