Experienced Franchise Manager

We are a franchise development company looking for an experienced Manager to help with managing operations and other crucial aspects of the company.


Job Responsibilities:

- Accomplishes department objectives by managing employees, planning and evaluating department activities.

- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.

- Develops personal growth opportunities.

- Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

- Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Ensures SOPs are strictly adhered to and KPIs adequately incorporated to measure progress.
