Programming a bot

Hello, i want to Build a Instagram bot, but have no Programming Skills. So i Need someone who can do this Work for me. My plan is, to Build a Website where i can Setup my accounts and Track all informations that the bot Has Collect (likes, follows,…) .
The bot should do this:
-Auto Like
-Auto follow
-Steal pictures and reels Form other Instagram sites and Upload it automaticly in my Account.
-Auto dm (messaging)
-Auto Comment

I want this bot on a Website or as App and want to set up Pricing rules for my customers. They should can Use the bot but have to Pay monthly .
