A U.S. Based employment firm seeks an upbeat, communicative and organized client advocate. This female owned and operated business places nannies and carers with families in the United States. The ideal candidate is available for long-term employment (think 2+ years) and full-time work (30 hours + per week). Our perfect fit has phenomenal written and spoken communication skills, a strong grasp of the English language and applicable grammar, is level headed, honest, positive, operates with integrity, upbeat, communicative, emotionally intelligent, accountable, and organized. This individual should present well in email, over the phone and on video conference. This customer facing role includes the following responsibilities: onboarding new nanny candidates, assisting clients with nanny placements, responding to email inquiries, calendar management, scheduling interviews, documenting feedback, and managing contract negotiations. This candidate should be comfortable pursuing leads for viable candidates and be outcome and goal driven. The position is Monday-Friday 12p-6p CST (Central Standard Time United States) (or 1am-7am PST). Pay starts at 32800 php per month.
