I am looking for an appointment Setter / Inside Sales Agent.

A scoop of work-
Your daily tasks will be mostly Live chat support sales and communication with leads that are brought into the company every day.
You will be following up with current leads in the database through chat.
You need to have amazing English skills because not every conversation will be the same, and I need you to be a good critical thinker and have good conversation skills.
Your main role will be trying to set appointments and convert leads into booked calls for the sales team

Hours working -
11am- 7pm EST (Subject to change/ more hours)

1. Follow up
2. Have genuine conversations with leads
3. Book appointments with leads so i can talk to them on the phone
