Outbound Phone Sales (Hourly+Commission)

The Position:
We're seeking an outbound sales Rockstar! In this position, you'll be responsible for making outbound sales calls, selling our media service ---------- (performance advert videos in user-generated content style).

You'll be calling e-commerce business owners all over the United States, UK, Australia, New Zealand & so on offering them our services, through a needs based selling approach.

Work Requirements:
This position will be required to work 8 to 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday. You will need to work day time hours Eastern Time. This means you will be working overnights. Hours will vary slightly certain days of the week, as you will be calling international clients. Only apply if you're willing to work overnight hours, to be available daytime hours eastern time zone.

You will need:
--Windows or Macos computer
--Computer headset
--Good Internet connection
--Quiet place to work, free of background noise and distraction.
--Web cam for interview, and check in calls with manager

Benefits and compensation:
--Base pay rate, paid weekly-- Pay based on experience
--Commission of 25% per completed sale
