Thank you for taking the time to look at this job posting. Our Landscape/Construction business has been open for 10 + years. We are very proud of where we came from and where we are today. I have been single handedly running the business (excluding field work) for the entire existence of the company. I just started a side company as well and would love help with marketing strategy there as well.
Social Media Marketing Expert Job Details and Job Description:
The Marketing & Advertising aspect will be a collaborative effort. I have many amazing ideas and projects that I would love to implement, but I require someone with experience to tell me what they need fro ---------- in order to get from the idea stage to the posted stage. We have a system for taking video/photos on our jobs sites and a shared folder that we post the media to, and then its my job to create content with that media. We currently have 6+ years of media that has yet to be mined. We have a rewards/loyalty program we are trying to implement. I have tons of blog post ideas, software that can take someone else’s identical blog post and rewrite it, but what takes me the longest, truly is the obsession with getting the perfect illustration to go with the media. I'm looking for someone who is not afraid to tell us where we can improve, take the initiative to create content, implement new ideas and be free to create at they feel is best. I would prefer you to even tell me to get out of the way and let you handle things. Manage our social media presence on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business, website and Mailchimp email marketing posts and campaigns.
