Backend Developer - Scrum Master

A multinational company is looking for an expert Scrum Master and backend Developer Expert in the field.

Responsibilities :
? Manage entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
? Write clean code to develop functional web applications
? Troubleshoot and debug applications
? Optimize overall backend and website performance
? Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
? Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
? Gather and address technical and design requirements
? Provide training and support to internal teams
? Build reusable code and libraries for future use
? Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
? Follow emerging backend technologies
? Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests via a ticketing system
? Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
? Help teams implement changes effectively
? Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and according to the agreed timeframe at the end of each sprint
? Manage a number of teams running projects using SCRUM methodology
? Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile, and consistently beat deadlines.




Requirements:
? Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
? In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
? Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Ruby, Asp.net, PHP, and Python
? Working knowledge of CMS framework
? Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
? Excellent analytical and time management skills
? Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
? BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
? Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
? Good knowledge of Agile software
? Excellent communication, leadership, and persuasion skills
? Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
? Excellent organizational skills
? Proficiency in English Language (C2 level)
? Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
