About the Role:

Viewix is looking for a virtual assistant to assist in the management of video production projects, client management, accounting services, social media management and assisting in general admin associated with running the company.
Due to the high level of responsibility associated with this role we will be looking solely for experienced VA's with special focus given to this who have worked in video production management before.

About You:
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Extremely detail oriented. You never miss a detail.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Proven experience dealing directly with customers
- Proactive in the improvement of processes and functions of the company
- An understanding of the video production process
