We are a small Telco in Australia with a team of 7.
We are looking for an addition to the team. Someone with admin experience, preferably Australia Telco experience in customer management or billing.
What you need:
- Excellent English, with minimal accent
- Ability to work Sydney Australian hours
- self motived
- Positive approach
- Team player who can help other tea
- Ability to work and communicate without a script
- Quick learner, who can pick up on new systems and processes without constant reminder
Your Experience:
- Dealing with Australian customers
- Zoho CRM & Desk
- Xero
- A telco billing system where you understand telco services, usage charges, hardware charges etc
- knowledge of systems such as Office 365

- Time management
- Project management
- Creating flyers and basic marketing and promotional materials
- using a web based phone system for taking and managing calls
- Attention to detail
- Data entry and QA of existing information (think CRM content checking)
Requirements:
- Quality internet service with backup
- Two monitors
- Quality PC or Laptop
- Headset
