We have more leads than we can handle, and our top sales rep is doing over PHP 100,000+ in received commissions a month. We are in search of the best salespeople, who want to earn big money! and are willing to put in the work and commit to building and fostering long-term relationships with clients and the Company!

We need a highly motivated sales professional who loves being on the phone and loves selling, is full of energy, exceptionally driven and ambitious, and in Integrity with their choices and commitments!


About you and the role:
You must be motivated, and eager to learn!
You must have high integrity and want to help people!
You MUST be easily coachable!
You MUST have phone sales experience! This is a telesales role!

Base + commissions
Sales and Business Development - all leads provided
Minimum 36 hours work a week, or until all leads are called and maximum effort given.

Responsibility
- Contact company leads, understand their needs/desires, and help them to make the correct decision with our products and programs
- Build and maintain a full pipeline of prospects/potential clients
- Ensure you nurture long-term relationships with all clients and leads to increase LTV.
- Making phone calls and offering our products to solve their problems
- Ensuring the client is onboarded and gets all necessary logins and understands what they have purchased
- Calling all company leads within 1 business day of receiving them
- Be the “company advocate” for your clients and follow up monthly to see how we can be of more service (and offer more products).


Requirements
- Must be willing and eager to learn and be Coachable, receive constructive feedback, and always hold yourself accountable and to the highest version of yourself.
- Understanding of meditation and the personal development world and modalities, including NLP, Reiki, Tapping, Tony Robbins, Joe Dispenza, etc
- Positive attitude and mindset
- Team player and contributor to team environment!
- Able to work with minimal supervision and direction and own it!
- Follow the process and be in integrity with all your promises
- Engage in ongoing learning, growth, and personal development
- To dream big and be an intrapreneur
- MUST have phone sales experience.

Results
KPI - You are responsible for creating a minimum of $150,000 AUD in sales a month. You will be given hundreds of WARM leads a week and have the opportunity to sell products from $2,000 AUD to $30,000 AUD.

Remuneration
$1,000 AUD + commissions to start
