Experienced Business Analyst / Sales Lead for Digital Marketing Agency

We urgently need an experienced business analyst/sales lead with fluent written English, enjoys building relationships, and a polished customer service communication style to create proposals for inbound leads. Our digital agency offers the following services:

- Messaging
- Branding
- Web / Mobile App / SaaS development
- Sales Funnels
- SEO
- digital marketing consulting

Responsibilities:
- learn the ins/outs of the digital marketing agency services and be able to structure proposals to meet the client's needs
- follow-up with leads to close
- collaborate with the agency team (project managers, sales team, dev team) to develop accurate proposals and do hand--offs
- create recurring sales reports for agency
- document and update processes regularly
- hit inbound lead sales targets

Desired skills:

- comfortable voice and zoom

- tenacity - follow up with leads to reach sales goals
