Data Entry Specialist

I am looking for a good and reliable VA that can do data entry systematically. Training will be provided on searching Real Estate related data entry into google spreadsheets. If you know how to do data extraction that will be a great. The ideal VA has to be present in my zoom room at least 4 hours a day. I am open to part time (minimum 20 hours/week) or a full time candidate. At time the jobs will be randomly assigned like doing cold calling or helping me with my real estate tasks and calendar management.
