Qualifications
Required:
• 2+ Year of Virtual Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 100% uptime reliability for Internet and electricity
• 1 year experience with cold calling and prospecting
Desired:
• SEO and social media marketing experience
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever-evolving environment
• Home care sales, account management or general sales experience
Your Day to Day Activities
The virtual advisor is responsible for building relationships with clients, referring physicians, facilities, and hospitals. They are also expected to provide further growth and success by fulfilling the following tasks:
• Develop marketing and sales budgets
• Meet quarterly targets for number of referral sources
• Perfect and utilize Tender Sales Process to onboard clients for Home Care
• Call and visit both referral sources and patients to generate sales for Home Care
• Manage social media sites and accounts to generate qualified leads
• Document sales activities, referral sources, and manage leads using Tender’s Marketing Process
• Assist case management with staffing including weekends
• Act as an advisor to clients on current care resources and options
