Role will work from home and provides administrative support to the President, Social Media Manager, and the Talent Transformation team. The job requires at last 30 hours/week and will report to Eric Shepherd, President, based in Miami Beach, USA and will work closely with our Social Media Manger, based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
? Voluntears and takes on tasks for the team to function efficiently
? Attend daily team call from 9:00 am US ET to 10:00 am US ET
? Be available form 8:00 am US ET to 12:00 am UT
? Assists President with outreach using LinkedIn
? Project management to maintain a shared understanding of tasks and responsibilities
? Maintains list of outstanding actions and follows up with individuals
? Assists Foundation website visitors and members by
? Provides ad-hoc admin support, data entry, and file naming and organization
? Takes minutes for external meetings that require this formality
? Provide documents, presentations, and graphics to those that need them
Skills:
? Self-motivated, self-confident to take on responsibilities and work well independently
? Previous experience in a virtual assistant role
? Works in a friendly and positive manner with others in remote and international teams
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Experience with organizing documents, presentations, and graphics in computerized file folders
? Experience handling confidential information
? Strong time management and organizational skills
? Practical experience with using software (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.)
? Practical experience with desktop sharing, file sharing and cloud storage (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
