Virtual Marketing Assistant

We are Big Hearted Breeders and we breed, raise and sell emotional support, therapy, and service cats and dogs. We also train other breeders how to be more profitable and ethical. We are a fast paced, kind and outgoing team. We love helping families and other small business owners thrive.

We are looking for a virtual marketing assistant who can support us in our marketing projects.

Responsibilities:
Track customers and prospects through a specific work flow
Assist the company with lead generation
Secure speaking gigs for the business owner
Produce and promote company webinars and online Summits

Required skills:

Competent in FlowChat, Zoom, Canva, Google drive, Zapier, Click up and Asana

Comfortable on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Strong project management skills

Social media group moderation experience

High written skills to communicate with potential partners

Strong researching skills to find potential speaking gigs and speakers for our summits.

Amazing team player and willing to work hard for team goals as well as individual goals

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines and manage production timelines

Highly dependable. This is a tight-knit team and everyone has to pull their weight

Able to consistently hit goals

Hours: You will need to make calls during appropriate US hours. You will be working nights. (9 am- 6pm US Time). This position is 20 hours per week.

Equipment needed: Computer, high-speed internet, and phone. We will provide you with a US-based phone number and text service.
