We are FoundationPM and we’re looking for a self-starting Marketing Manager to advocate for our business through creation and execution of promotional strategies. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside our team during business hours, a tireless work ethic, and an appetite for growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in partnership with the leadership team.
- Develop and improve marketing collaterals whether for printing or social online networking.
- Content creation including video editing,
- Manage our online presence including social media platforms and business websites.
- Leverage marketing analytics to provide insights for reaching new customers.
- Oversee and manage other marketing related activities.
- Developing marketing strategies for new products
- Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
- Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates
- Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
- Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
Job Qualifications -
- Must be open and willing to work overnight.
- Must be able to provide a marketing portfolio that's relevant to the US/CA real estate market/property management.
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written
- Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other editing tools
- Experience in creating marketing content either through graphic design or video production.
- Creative, collaborative, and results oriented.
- Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
- A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field (Preferred)
- 2 years or more of marketing experience (Preferred)
