LONG TERM - Recruitment Assistant Needed

We’re a 10+ year old painting company located in USA - looking for our next long ter ---------- mber of the team.

Given our size, we are constantly looking to identify, interview, and hire new painters - using platforms like ---------- to communicate with candidates.

Your job will be to help manage our Indeed job postings, communicate with candidates via text message, coordinate their arrival to our office, and answer any basic questions candidates have about our company.

You will not be expected to interview candidates, but you will be expected to communicate via text message.

The major tools you will be using are ---------- , RingCentral (for texting), and Notion (for staying organized.

Experience with these tools is a plus.
