JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a TALENT RECRUITER (FULL-TIME, REMOTE) who will source, attract and close the best candidates in technology, digital marketing, product, and engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand hiring needs deeply, so as to consult internal account managers as well as external clients appropriately.
- Own the talent sourcing, outreach, assessment and closing pipeline.
- Prepare and perfect job descriptions.
- Work on initiatives to attract strong candidates.
- Source and qualify candidates, drive pipeline inbound and outbound ---------- ntum.
- Analyze and interpret talent market data in different verticals and geographies.
- Effectively and pro-actively communicate with tea ---------- mbers, clients and candidates at every level.
- Ensure a high level of quality and service in the recruitment experience for candidates.
- Offer, renew, negotiate and close contracts.

REQUIREMENTS
-At least three years of recruitment experience required, with prior experience in technical, digital marketing roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of recruitment methods and hiring best practices.
- Good understanding of technical, digital and marketing roles, skills, and technology.
- Have a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive, curiosity and attention to detail.
