Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage prospective customers. You will build up a portfolio of customers and help us increase our business growth, customer acquisition, and profit margins.
You have a key role in identifying prospective customers (based in Canada and United States) through market research and coordinating business development activities for us.
This role involves a substantial amount of cold callings and follow-up online meetings so you must be resilient, persuasive and have solid experience in these types of work.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective customers through emails, cold calls, and follow-up calls.
Present and sell our products & services through all e-communication ---------- tablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Coordinate all follow-up activities including online meetings for all parties
Meet agreed-on targets and produce sales reports for the company

Key Skills & Knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Critical-thinking, problem-solving, and Proven work experience as a sales representative (minimum 1 year).
Outstanding computer skills.
Familiarity with CRM and sales practices
Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
He/She/They will need a computer running Windows 7 or newer OS and a high-speed internet connection, headset with noise canceling microphone and a quiet working environment free from distractions/noise while speaking with customers.
Access to Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
Learns new software and programs quickly.

The Interview Process for any applicants will take place in three parts.
1. Self Recorded Video of Answers to Interview Questions and any other information that the applicant would like to share.
2. Virtual Video Interview Meeting - Where the applicant will meet with the interviewer to discuss the position if successful for consideration in part one will received the part two interview.
3. Position Offer Letter - If the applicant is successful in part two of the interview process then the applicant will receive a Offer Letter for the position.
