Award winning Cloud Technology Consulting firm in Sydney Australia is looking for Technical Sales Consultant to help solve problems for sales leads and successfully close deals. We have been operating in Sydney, Australia for 8 years and have a strong industry presence and are looking to hire someone who is dedicated, dynamic individual with strong experience as Consultative Sales Representative.

We are a technology-forward business and knowledge of cloud-based IT business systems (especially Google Workspace) etc. is essential for you to be considered. We are geeks and want you to be one of us! We are seeking a full-time Technical Sales Consultant to be part of our growing Sales team and earn a healthy base salary plus generous commissions.

We have a well-established work-from home Philippines team and perks include company paid travel, multiple training conferences per year, Google certifications and strong career progression opportunities.


Key responsibilities will Be:
- Actively seek out and engage inbound customer prospects.
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer including technical consulting during the sales process.
- Present, promote and sell our products & services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Where necessary, expedite the resolution of customer problems to contribute to an amazing customer experience
- Continuously improve through feedback.

Tools you'll be using daily are:
- Copper CRM (sales and relationship tracking)
- Spreadsheets (we use Google Sheets/Google Apps)
- Various software vendor portals

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working with small business owners and employees
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent objection handling and 'consultative selling' skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly professional, well-organized and detail oriented.
- Flexible and willing to work on assigned tasks.
- Excellent English speaking and comprehension
- Experience in selling Cloud Software solutions, particularly Google Workspace, HIGHLY Upgrade to see actual info will be extremely advantageous for you to have an interest and experience in:
- Working in the 'Cloud' (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing business
- Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees)
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.)
- Other small business applications (CRM, task management, integrations)

The current role will be full-time primarily during Australian business hours and we are looking to build a relationship with someone who can help our business succeed over a long term. You will receive generous pay as well as work at a strong and growing company that will grow with you.
