Graphic Designer (Experience in Construction Industry)

We are seeking for a highly-motivated individual with solid experience as Graphic Designer to be part of a dynamic team of professionals in a Construction Industry.

You will have an opportunity to create designs across different construction or infrastructure projects from conceptualization, design and coordinate in both print and digital formats.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Understand the brand and align designs with the brand..
• Study design briefs and determine requirements for design.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to marketing team and able to amend designs after feedback.
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic design.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Ensure safety messaging and values are incorporated into any project-specific design assets
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
• Develop and executing EDMs
• Work closely with the Marketing Team, providing visual solutions to support marketing objectives
• Finalise tender documents in terms of layout & structure with graphic elements
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Education and Work Experience:
• A graduate of Graphic Designing or in any relevant field.
• With a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Graphic Designing.
• Demonstrated experience in a Graphic Design-related role, preferably within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• High level of competency with design software and technologies (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver & etc.)
• A keen eye for infrastructure aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player, organized and can prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Knowledgeable on typography and colour theory is an advantage.
