We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for calling potential candidates who have applied for sales positions. You will interview candidates, assess their qualifications, and present the top applicants to our sales hiring managers.

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Good internet connection
Ability to work remotely
Responsibilities:

Contact potential candidates via phone to conduct pre-screening interviews
Assess the qualifications of candidates and determine their suitability for sales positions
Present the most qualified candidates to sales hiring managers
Communicate with candidates about our company and sales job openings
Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure we are hiring top talent
