We run a business in a small market, in the complementary health field. We offer home assessments for radiation from wiring and cell phone towers (to which there is 10,000+ studies indicating they can affect health) and we offer solutions/products to improve bedroom sleep quality and consultant training.

A social media marketing formal strategy is non-existent but we have a strong base of Youtube content that already provides generic leads. I'd like someone to structure all this properly. Facebook posts, facebook advertising, Youtube optimisation and advertising, instagram, Google ads, and more. As these can work with Google Analytics, your first task will be to set this up properly with our website man so that our successes in Social Media Marketing can be all traced and ---------- addition you can make more hours by writting articles for our websites.

Once running properly, there is the possibility we will sell your services to our self-employed consultants around the world where you can manage a team of secondary social marketing 'people' for them as well and benefit from this financially and perhaps managing your own team.

You will need actual in business experience (and drive) to grow into the position of a full time SMMM in control of our total approach. We will provide you the opportunity to learn our industry in detail by enrolling you in an online course. Home study and prep is on your time, review sessions are on our time.

We're willing to pay USD6 an hour for your time, once you have the systems in place and we have ongoing output (expected to be within 2 months). Before that time, you'll be on USD3 hour. We can discuss this in interviews.
